Titan Freestyle Martial Arts:- Congratulations to Team Titan (Jason Duck, Kerry Abel & Philip Weaire Gil).  A small team from Titan took part in the Cimac Superleague competition in Windsor - all fought really well.

Big congrats to Philip who, in his first competition, took a third place trohpy in his category.

APRIL 2008 CONGRATULATIONS to Team Titan (Jason Duck, Tracey, Nicky and Dean Cockley and Kerry Abel).  Our small team took part in their first competition (Cimac Superleague - Maidenhead).  All did really well in their fights.

Dean was the only Junior from Titan to take part - well done - it took a lot of guts to get up there and have a go!!

The next competition is again part of the Cimac Superleague and will take place on the 8th June at Windsor Leisure Centre, Clewer Mead, Stovell Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5JB - remember if you are not competing please come and support Team Titan!!

The next grading will be on Sunday 29th June at 11am at Tamar Square Woodford.

Regular 6 week courses are held starting in London at :- The Gym, 30 The Piazza, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8BW

Boxercise:- Please note that Boxercise classes are currently closed due to the instructor giving birth to a beautiful baby daughter - Kayleigh Duck was born 8 weeks early.  Please check back here for a re-opening date sometime in the summer.
